After a site review and profitability analysis, we obtain the required permits, including the electricity generation business license. Once design and construction are complete and the pre-use inspection is passed, the plant starts generating power.

DS ENERGY takes full responsibility for the entire process, from design and permitting to construction and completion.

The existing Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) spot market will continue under a grace period until December 31, 2029. Existing operators that obtained facility confirmation by the end of 2026 and were participating in the spot market can, in principle, continue to receive RECs for up to 20 years.
